Currently there has been a temporary restraining order against the legistration referred to as IMBRA.

However, until the matter is ultimately resolved, we are asking our clients to complete the required information form prior to ordering. The information will only be shared with women for whom you do not already have contact information. You will see very little change in the service that you have come to know and expect from us. Thank you for your understanding.

We have been providing International Introductions for over 10 years and in that time have helped thousands of singles to meet, marry, and go on to live happy and productive lives. We are proud of what we do and will continue to provide this service to our valued clients.

Recently, the United States government passed legislation (H.R. 34-2 Violence against women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005).  A portion of this legislation does (sec. 8 subtitle D) require us to request that you fill out the form below and that we provide that information to the women you would like to contact. This information will only be shared with the women in whom you are interested and would like to contact.

We can assure and guarantee you that the information you provide us will of course be confidential and not shared with anyone other that the women you wish to contact. There are severe provisions in this law for the misuse of this information including fines and or imprisonment.

Although as an industry leader we do not agree with this law for many reasons, the criminal and marital history information may make the women more comfortable and confident which may increase you response rate. There are no right or wrong answers to this questioner, this is form informational purposes only and will have no effect as to whether or not you can use the service, obtain a Fiancée visa, etc. etc. We ask that you fill out the form truthfully and completely, as it may be part of the foundation that you law with your future wife.

However, beware of companies that are introducing you to foreign women and are not asking you these questions. That means that they may very well be operating outside of the law which can ultimately impact whether or not the women your are interested in is granted a fiancée visa. This law requires the adjudicating officer to ask the fiancée how she met her fiancée and if they used the services of an agency and if so did the agency do what it was suppose to do under the law. It is our understanding that if you do use an agency that acts outside of this law that your fiancée may be denied the visa.

We understand this is personal information, however, our entire business over the last ten years has been build upon dealing with our clients personal life and their personal information. We have never betrayed that trust in the past and we certainly will not begin now. The information obtained from this questionnaire will only be given to the women that your are interested in writing and will not, under any circumstances, be used for any other purpose or sold to third parties for any reason whatsoever.
